High-Speed Rail Public Meeting
The Florida Department of Transportation, through its Florida Rail Enterprise, is holding a public meeting on the Tampa-Orlando high speed rail project Wednesday, September 1, 6:30pm, at the Lakeland Center. The public meeting consists of an overview presentation, followed by questions and answers. Public comments are encouraged. The meeting is free. To participate online, log onto one of the following host sites: Hall Communications, Newschief, Polk Growth Matters, or Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
