• 18th Annual Polk County Volunteer Appreciation Celebration – March 22, 2012

• We would like to recognize Georgene Naymik for her continued dedication to the Buiding and Code Enforcement Division since Marcy of 2013
• Georgene has been making a diference in the Building and Code Enforcement Division's efforts to "Go Green". She has been striving to obtain email addresses and other contact information on our Contractors, so that the County can send Contractor License Renewal notices electronically as opposed to sending out hard copies. For every correct email address Georgene obtains she saves the County money on print costs, postage, as well as the cost of labor involved in folding, stuffing and labeling envelopes. She's been and continues to be an asset to Polk County.
