The Equal Opportunity Office (EO) administers the Board's Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Plan Program , which includes ensuring organizational compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The EO is responsible for investigating and resolving discrimination and sexual harassment charges made against the organization, as well as facilitating and conducting employee appeal hearings and serving as the Board's liaison for the Community Relations Advisory Council. The Equal Opportunity Administrator also oversees the Office of Supplier Diversity, which administers the Board's Women & Minority Business Enterprise Program.
