Prior to registering, discuss with your supervisor your professional development goals and your request to participate. Approval to participate may be withheld by a supervisor in consideration of your availability based on work coverage needs and job performance. Every effort should be made on the part of the supervisor to provide coverage for essential employees to allow them to participate.

All courses have a target audience for which the program was specifically designed. Acceptance into a course is based upon your fit with the target audience. Efforts will be made to serve a cross representation of employees from all locations.
