URGENT: ROUTE 15 CHANGE EFFECTIVE MARCH 11, 2013
The Winter Haven Area Transit Route 15 (Haines City) will have a time schedule change. The first run out of the Winter Haven Transit terminal will be at 5:45 a.m. The bus will complete its usual stops and will arrive at the Haines City Plaza on its first run at 6:08 a.m. The first bus from Haines City will arrive back at the Winter Haven Transit Terminal at 6:40 a.m. The bus will depart from the terminal every hour at .45 minutes past the hour except for the 4 p.m. hour. The next bus after the 3:45 bus will depart at 5:15 and 6:15 to meet the last buses and transfers of the day. This is a temporary change and will be in effect until further notice.

The Winter Haven Area Transit (W.H.A.T.) system is a joint effort between the Board of County Commissioners and the City of Winter Haven. The W.H.A.T. is a fixed bus route service. Some of the routes are operated by the Citrus Connection 
under contract to the Board of County Commissioners.
All buses provide bike racks and are handicap accessible.
