Learn about the history and restoration of Circle B Bar Reserve with Jeff Spence, former director of Polk County Parks and Natural Resources, as he shares the story of preserving this beloved natural area. There will be a Q&A with the speaker following the presentation, so bring your questions! This event is free and open to learners of all ages.
Join us Thursday, Oct. 3 for our Nature Lecture Series at Polk’s Nature Discovery Center. Each month from October 2024 to May 2025 we will feature an expert to discuss a topic about the natural world around us.
