Canceled Meetings Due to Hurricane Milton

Bartow, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2024) — Due to Hurricane Milton, Polk County’s Code Enforcement Division will not have an Appellate or Special Magistrate hearing on Oct. 16 or 17, 2024.

Code Enforcement cases scheduled to be heard by the Polk County Special Magistrate on Oct. 17, 2024, are being continued until Nov. 14, 2024, at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner Board Room in the Administration Building located at 330 W. Church Street, Bartow, Fl.

Cases scheduled for the Appellate Special Magistrate hearing on Oct. 16, 2024, will be sent an updated hearing notice date within the next 10 days.
