BoCC Accepts Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Watkins Road Fire Station

Bartow, Fla. (Feb. 22, 2023) – On Tuesday, Feb. 21, the Polk County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) approved Miller Construction Management, Inc. to oversee construction of the Polk County Fire Rescue (PCFR) Watkins Road Fire Station, with a budget of about $4.8 million.
